I had some minor front end damage to my car. I took it to Bloomington Collision Repair, and I'm so happy I did. Everything from getting the estimate, until I picked it up, was such a smooth process! Lisa and Suzie communicated with me during the process, they are so easy to work with. My car was repaired in a couple of days, at exactly the price I was quoted. Hopefully I won't need their services again, but will definitely be back if needed!

These people take advantage of people w no mechanical skills. A simple tightening of a bolt will cost several hundred. They do not care about their community or reputation

Bloomington Collision is an exceptional business. They do what they promise and go beyond what I expected. Working with my insurance company, doing an exceptional job on the repairs needed and even cleaning my vehicle to the point that it looked as if it had been completely detailed! They even had my rental vehicle returned saving me time and another drive. Bloomington Collision under promises and over believers. A+++

Having never been in an accident before, I could've been a wreck, pun intended, if I had not found Bloomington Collision Repair. I was in a terrible accident this past winter with the roads being pure ice. 1v1 with a tree does not favor the vehicle. I was thankful because a friend highly recommend that I call Brett there and I'm sure glad that I did! The staff there was so kind and generous to offer me advice and their time during a time that was so frustrating and upsetting. They were incredible with communicating where they were every step of the way as well. Unfortunately insurance was unwilling to help cover anything and this was a brand new truck right off the lot that I had only had a couple of months. So this all had to be taken care of out of pocket. Thankfully they were able to help me get the best priced parts to help me save a lot of money and they worked incredibly quick. With the entire front end of my truck being obliterated, I was amazed to see that they restored it as if it was just as new as the day I bought it. I love companies that are professional and good hearted, so I will recommend them forever now! Thanks Bloomington Collision Repair!

I stumbled across the shop several years when I needed a mirror replaced. They did a great job and we’re accommodating with my schedule then. So when I was recently involved in a fender bender accident, this was the first place I went to get an estimate. I received estimates from two other body shops. They had the best customer service hands-down, and their price was in the middle of the three estimates. I was thankful that they couldn’t get me scheduled even though it was several weeks out because the other shops couldn’t even get me on their books and did not know when they would be able to do the repairs. Brett and Suzie are easy to work with and did an amazing job getting my car fixed up extremely quick! My car looks brand new, and it only took two days! I hope to not need a body shop again, but if I ever do, I will only go to a Bloomington Collision!
